Tabgha Tours plans and leads biblically inspired trips for all ages. Our mission is to offer beautiful, spiritually rich, and affordable tours to the lands of the Bible—so as many people as possible can experience Scripture in a life-changing way.
Yes, our tours are designed to be accessible and enriching for travelers of all ages—families, seniors, and church groups alike. The minimum age for our tours is 6 years old. Travelers should be in good health and able to do a significant amount of walking each day. While we thoughtfully pace the trip, these are active journeys through historical and archaeological sites.

Our buses typically accommodate 35–55 travelers, giving us excellent volume pricing.

If you’re a pastor or leader bringing a private tour group, we handle all the logistics for you. Your primary tasks are sharing the word about the trip, and preparing devotional talks to share with your group. Every group will be accompanied by a local Christian guide.
We recommend sharing the word 12–18 months in advance. We’ll provide you with an information packet and graphics that you can share with church member and other interested travelers. To sign up, your travelers will simply fill out an online link and make their initial deposit. We’ll communicate with you and your group every step of the way.
We recommend reserving a tour 1-2 years in advance. This allows us to reserve the very best hotels/resorts at excellent advanced rates, and it gives you time to share the word with your travelers. Flights come available 11 months prior to the tour. We can either do a group flight booking, or we can provide flight guidance for travelers wishing to book their own flights on airlines of choice. We are currently booking groups for 2026 and 2027.

You’ll receive one free tour and a $1,000 flight allowance for every 10 paid travelers. So if you bring 30 paid travelers, you’ll receive three free tours and flight allowances—perfect for a spouse, co-leader, or worship pastor.
No worries! We can combine smaller groups to keep the volume pricing. Or we can keep a smaller group size and adjust the pricing accordingly.
The tour package includes nearly everything: first-class hotel accommodations, ground transportation, admissions, and breakfast and supper buffets at our hotels and resorts. Not included: daily lunches.

Yes. All travelers (up to age 84) receive post-departure travel insurance with generous coverage, including up to $140,000 in hospitalization, plus coverage for lost luggage and other emergencies. Though the insurance is focused on post-departure emergencies, it also includes up to $1000 in cancellation coverage for medical emergencies less than one month prior to departure.
The general cancellation policies are as follows:
- Deposit: Non-refundable
- 3–4 Months Prior: 25% non-refundable.
- 1–3 Months Prior: 50% non-refundable.
- Less than 1 Month: Tour is non-refundable. (Note: Insurance covers up to $1,000 for documented medical emergencies.)
Note: Some tours (includes cruises) have slightly different cancellation timelines.
Our destinations are well-traveled and statistically safe. As necessary, we adapt itineraries with sites of equal value. If a tour must be canceled due to rare events that shut down all incoming flights, travelers are offered a refund or a tour credit.

Absolutely! We’ll work closely with you to align the itinerary with your group’s spiritual goals. You can even add optional stops in Jordan, Egypt, or Greece for an extended biblical journey.
