The Galilee region has been identified by the Israel Field as a top priority for mission. Only 2% of people in the Holy Land are Christian, and only 1 in 10,000 are Seventh-day Adventist. We pray for a rebirth of the gospel in the Galilee.

“Then they went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. . . . Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit’” (Matthew 28:16-19).

In the Spring of 2027, Andy & Cindy will live and minister at the Sea of Galilee in two ways:

For 90 days Andy will teach daily from the Spring 2027 Sabbath School Quarterly he authored on the Ministry of Jesuss. Join Andy online daily on the Hope boat on the Sea of Galilee, as we study the ministry of Jesus 2000 years after Jesus’ baptism in A.D. 27. The daily teaching segments will be distributed widely online.
In partnership with the Israel Field of Seventh-day Adventists, Andy & Cindy will live among the local people of Galilee, building friendships and sharing the love of Christ. Each Wednesday evening a worship service will take place on a large boat on the Sea of Galilee.

Galilee Boat Lease for Daily Teaching/Weekly Evangelistic Worship Services. $5000/month; $15000 total.
Local Evangelism. $5000/month; $15000 total.
Housing: $3000/month; $9000 total.
Total: $13000/month; $39000 total.
The Israel Field and Nash family are also contributing toward this Galilee ministry initiative.

How to Get Involved

Pray that Jesus will be glorified in the very land where He lived and ministered.
Donate to Galilee Calling. 100% of donations go toward ministry expenses.
Join an Israel in Jesus’ Steps study tour celebrating the 2000-year anniversary of Jesus’ ministry. (See dates below.) All groups will join us for worship Wednesday evenings at the Sea of Galilee. A portion of all proceeds goes to the ministry of the gospel in the Galilee.

Come Walk in Jesus’ Steps in 2027

Two thousand years ago, Jesus stepped into the waters of the Jordan River, inaugurating His ministry in Judea, Galilee, and beyond.

In 2027 you’re invited to come celebrate Jesus in the very places He ministered: the Jordan River, the Sea of Galilee, Nazareth, Cana, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem. Our Israel Tour in Jesus’ Steps also takes us to: Joppa, Caesarea, Megiddo, Jericho, the Judean desert, Masada, Qumran, Good Samaritan Road, and the Valley of Elah, where David fought Goliath.

Come celebrate the Son of David, the Son of Man, the Son of God.
