Itinerary
New Testament Alive
Main Tour
Day 1
Arrive in Athens, and transfer to hotel.
Dinner, opening worship with Andy Nash & Greg King.
Overnight in Athens.
Day 2
Breakfast buffet.
Depart for Mars Hill and the Parthenon.
Lunch and afternoon visit and worship at ancient Corinth.
Dinner and and overnight in Athens.
Day 3
Load and depart for Piraeus port to begin three-day cruise of Greek Islands.
Note: All meals are provided on the ship, and we’ll also have a private meeting room for daily group worship and Bible study.
Board our Celestyal cruise ship and sail to the world-famous island of Mykonos, with its gleaming white-washed buildings and windmills.
Dinner, worship, and overnight on our cruise ship.
Day 4
Cruise to Ephesus / Patmos.
In the morning we arrive in Kusadasi, Turkey, with a group visit to fabulous ancient Ephesus, where the Apostles Paul and John both lived and ministered.
Sail for the island of Patmos, where the Apostle John received the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Group visit to the Monastery of Saint John and the Grotto of the Apocalypse.
Dinner, worship, and overnight on our cruise ship.
Day 5
Cruise to Crete & Santorini.
Arrive at Heraklion, Crete, where Paul sailed and where Titus ministered.
Morning free time or optional excursions.
Then lunch and sail north to the isle of Santorini, the most breathtaking of all the Greek islands.
Group cable car ride to the exquisite village clinging to volcanic cliffs.
Dinner, worship, and overnight on cruise ship.
Day 6
Arrive at the port of Pireaus, and board our motorcoach for our journey north to Thessaloniki.
En route, visit the Valley of Tembi and Mount Olympus.
Arrive at Thessaloniki, where the Apostle Paul visited and later wrote two epistles to the Thessalonians.
Dinner and overnight in Thessaloniki.
Day 7
Morning visit and worship at nearby Philippi.
It was here that Paul won his first European convert, Lydia, and where Paul was brought before the local rulers and imprisoned.
Lunch and continue to the beautiful city of Kavala (ancient Neapolis).
Return to Thessaloniki for dinner and overnight.
Day 8
Morning tour of Thessaloniki and Berea, where Paul preached.
Continue to the Meteora Monasteries, perched upon the summits of gigantic rocks, where hermits in the 11th century A.D. sought peace and solitude in the rifts and caves.
Dinner and overnight near Meteora.
Day 10
Day 9
Depart Meteora for the Thermpylae Pass and visit to ancient Delphi, one of earth’s most beautiful places and believed to be the navel of the world.
Continue to hotel near Athens airport for flights departing the next day.
Fly home or continue on group flight to Izmir, Turkey, for Tour of Revelation’s 7 Churches.

Departure flight from home.
Arrive in Rome, and transfer to hotel.
Meet at 4:00 p.m. for a guided evening walk of the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps.
Supper and overnight in Rome.
Day 14
Buffet breakfast.
Depart for St. Peter’s Basilica and Vatican Museum, including Raphael’s Rooms and the Sistine Chapel.
(Wear pants/modest skirt. No sleeveless shirts.)
Also visit the Catacombs and Pilate’s Staircase/Scala Sancta, which pilgrims including Martin Luther climbed on their knees as an act of devotion.
Supper and overnight in Rome.
Depart for Roman Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill.
Lunch and transfer to airport for afternoon group flight to Athens.

No fee is added for debit cards; a 3% fee is added for credit cards.

Greece Tour by Land & Sea will be led by Andy Nash, Greg King, and local guides.
Revelation’s 7 Churches/Turkey will be led by Greg King and local guides.
Pre-tour of Rome and the post-tour of Istanbul will be led by local guides.
Greek Islands cruise will be on beautiful Celestyal Cruises.
Flights
Approximately $800-$1500.
Depending on tour selections, travelers will take either a roundtrip or multi-city flight.
Flight guidance and recommendations will be provided when flights come available 11 months prior to tour.

For those including optional tours to Rome, Revelation’s 7 Churches, and Istanbul, we’ll book the one-way group flights between tours on your behalf.
Trip Insurance
Trip Insurance is included through Adventist Risk Management.
The insurance covers post-departure emergencies, including hospitalization (up to $140,000) and lost luggage.
The insurance also included up to $1000 for trip cancellation for medical reasons only, within 30 days of departure.
Increased cancellation coverage is also available.
Insurance is purchased 30 days prior to the trip.
